candidate for Town Clerk
Erin Trostle has lived in Pound Ridge for ten years with her husband, Patrick, a finance lawyer, and their two sons: a recent Fox Lane graduate and a Fox Lane senior. She owns Martin House Workspace, a coworking space in Scotts Corners, and Hornrim Studio, a freelance web design service. A past president of the Board of Trustees of the Pound Ridge Library, she currently serves on board of the Pound Ridge Business Association, as a member the Pound Ridge Economic Development Committee, and as secretary of the Pound Ridge Library Foundation.
Erin is seeking to fill the position that will be left vacant by the retirement of Pound Ridge’s longtime Town Clerk, Joanne Pace. In addition to Erin’s experience as an entrepreneur, web designer, and elected official, her work history includes development research, grant writing, and legal and scholarly editing. Her organizational and managerial strengths, technical skills, and knowledge of civil service regulations and municipal government procedures make her an excellent fit for the Town Clerk job.
Erin has an undergraduate degree in English from Harvard, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
